A lot of methodologies for evaluation of the lean transformation have been proposed in the literature, but just a few of them explicit relations among the components of the lean enterprise transformation, with focusing on the priority and identification of the relative weight of each element on the lean transformation have been considered. Therefore, we try to quantify those relations in this study. So, to structural investigate the relationships among the elements, a model is proposed that presents a novel comprehensive insight to the lean transformation process. This study proposed an analytic modeling approach in the lean enterprise transformation to identify the weights of the elements. The goal is to operationalize the highly qualitative relationships among the lean transformation components. In this paper 32 effective factors in lean enterprise transformation, identified as "sub sub criterion" were grouped into eight categories classified as "sub criterion". These eight sub criteria classified through 3 criteria in the higher level which are “organizational asset development”, “quick adaptation to markets and competitive superiority acquisition” and “supply and distribution network optimization These three criteria were proposed as the major criteria involved in "delivery value maximizing", and ultimately, the value maximizing recognized as the main target of the lean transformation in companies. Fuzzy DEMATEL technique and fuzzy analytic network process modeling are used to determine the relationships and the relative weights of each component and then with fuzzy VIKOR method, 25 identified solutions related to conceptual model were ranked for implementing the lean transformation which regard the organizational purposes and the weights of the end level parameters of the conceptual model in a proposal framework. The present evaluating lean enterprise transformation is a comprehensive model that can be applied to different production industries. This model also was investigated in automative parts industry. One of the key success factors of supply chain management (SCM) is inter-organizational relations controlling and coordination. Investigation on the literature shows that there is a gap in theoretical foundation for illustrating this kind of interactions. One of its solution is using of theories in other fields which are conformable in SCM. In this research four inter-organizational theories (Principal- Agent Theories, transaction cost analysis; the network theory; and the resource-based view) based on the literature are considered. The aim is determine their importance and preference upon proper theory evaluation criteria for development theoretical foundation of SCM according to this research. The research was descriptive-survey based on the experts’ viewpoint with the use of Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP). As a result, “reality” and “logical consistency” have the upset weight for the theories’ evaluation. In theories evaluation, “transaction cost analysis” and “the resource-based view “were more appropriate than two others. Manuscript profile

Abstract Projects are planned based on estimated amounts that are the result of having little information about the future plans. According to the uncertainty of planning, time delays and costs of uncertainty are inevitable. The main objective of this study is to present a new approach based on failure mode and effects analysis and fuzzy logic to identify the affecting risks on duration of projects and ranking them using Kepland technique. In addition, in this research Shannon entropy is used for calculation of the weights of indexes. So after the study of related researches as well as through interviews and Delphi technique, some risks were identified. Then, based on three indicators of risk in the FMEA (severity, probability of occurrence, probability of detection), three questionnaire was prepared and their validity was confirmed by experts and reliability was calculated by Cronbach coefficient using SPSS software. The population of the study is 22 managers and experts that work on Debal Khazaei Company. Using triangular fuzzy numbers, the verbal variables of questionnaires became fuzzy numbers. Shannon entropy is used for calculation of weight of each index. Then, using decision making methods, ELECTRE TAXONOMY, TOPSIS and SAW, the risks are ranked. Finally, because of the relative difference of ranking in different techniques, Kapland technique is used to combine the results. TO help for developing the strategies of responding to the risks, some suggestions are presented. The contribution of this research is the simultaneous use of FMEA and Shannon's entropy to analisys the importance of risks and the ranking of them using Kepland technique. Manuscript profile

The important role of food industries in promotion of the various health and economic indicators in the countries persuaded the industries involved in this affair to enforce fundamental reviews in the management approaches to enable them to perform the most efficient methods for utilizing the limited available recourses to improve the society’s health and economic growth. The balanced scorecard, as one of the successful tools in performance evaluation system, does not show the importance degree for the perspectives and the indicators under each perspective. To eliminate this deficiency the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method is used in this research for weighting the perspectives and balanced scorecard indicators. In this study, first a list of performance evaluation indicators based on balanced scorecard approach was prepared and then the pairwise comparison was gained through field study and the standard AHP questionnaire with compatibility rate lower than 0.1. At the end the rate of balanced realization was evaluated for each. Regarding the pairwise comparison among perspectives done by the experts the customer perspective weighting 0.328 showed the maximum importance degree among other perspectives. The finance perspective weighting 0.290, the internal business process perspective weighting 0.239, and the learning and growth perspective weighting 0.143 were ranked as second to forth level respectively. According to the obtained certain weights, the added income comparison to the previous year weighing 0.121 was ranked in first level. The number of customer complains weighting 0.094, the customer satisfaction weighting 0.086 were ranked in second to fifth levels respectively. Manuscript profile

In the present study, the supplier selection problem from a new perspective is formulated and solved. For this purpose, minimizing cost and minimizing delivery time and maximizing reliability are considered as objectives of the problem. The purchasing cost in discounted status, the order cost, the transportation cost, the shortage cost and the carrying cost, the components forming the cost objective function. In this research, the design of reliability in parallel systems is benchmarked for supplier selection, so that the supplier's set is considered as a system and each supplier as a component. After mathematical modeling of the problem, the objective functions are described as fuzzy goals and a fuzzy decision approach has been used to rewrite the proposed three-objective model as a single-objective model. The production of a final solution rather than a set of Pareto's solutions is one of the advantages of the proposed method, which prevents decision-making confusion. In order to describe the function and potential application of the proposed method, the supplier selection problem with the actual data was solved. Manuscript profile

Given the importance of knowledge and its pivotal role in the knowledge age, organizations, especially knowledge-based organizations, whose knowledge is a strategic source and a key factor in acquiring and maintaining the core competence of the organization, is essential for establishing knowledge management and identifying obstacles. Thought ahead with implementation with a systematic approach to develop the capabilities that lead to the development of knowledge as a key source of enterprise. In order to achieve this goal, a knowledge-based knowledge-based airspace-based knowledge management organization was considered and a system model was mapped out. At first, various factors that can be effective were identified through questionnaires and interviews and literature reviews. Then, the causal and impulsive diagrams, which are one of the tools used in the dynamics dynamics methodology, were drawn and finally, these factors were prioritized using the fuzzy dematerial method and the effective and effective factors were identified. The rate of knowledge sharing, the number of human resources with a high level of knowledge and experience, the quality of individual work of the staff, the culture of sharing knowledge and the level of attention of senior executives to the IT infrastructure were the five most important and important factors. These factors were used as the basis for developing knowledge management strategies in the organization in order to achieve effective strategic strategies. Manuscript profile

The stock market is especially important as a capital investment instrument both for the investor and for the investor. Stock markets are affected not only by large parameters but also by thousands of other factors. The high number and unknown factors affecting stock prices, as well as the complexity of the relationship between these factors and the stock price, have caused uncertainty in the field of investment. One of the tools to reduce uncertainty and the most important discussion of investing in the stock exchange is the selection of the stock portfolio optimally. In this study, through interviewing experts and reviewing existing documents, 6 main criteria for identifying the optimal stock portfolio selection were identified. Using logistic fuzzy preferential programming, weighing these criteria and, finally, weighting the indexes related to We defined each criterion. The results show that the criteria for profitability, efficiency and risk are the most important criteria in choosing stock portfolios Manuscript profile

From a resource-based view, service delivery relies heavily on the resources and capabilities of the organization to create sustainable competitive advantage over the long term. In reviewing the literature, no research has been conducted on the relationship between dimensions and criteria of the service capability apart from firm performance and the relationship network and their effectiveness have not been analyzed and the focus of the research has been on the relationship between dimensions and firm performance. The purpose of this study is identify the service capability criteria and use interpretive structural modeling to structure the relationships between these criteria as well as the use of the fuzzy MICMAC analysis to cluster the criteria. Therefore, based on a resource-based view, the service dimensions and capabilities including management, organizational, marketing and service quality were comprehensively identified and extracted through subject literature and interviews with 11 experts. The results showed that according to ISM model "Corporate quality", "interactive quality", "planning, control and integration of activities" and "differentiation of activities and level of centralization" are important criteria that are the basis of the structure of capability services are considered and also with respect to the fuzzy MICMAC analysis the criteria of "analysis and formulation of the strategy", "planning, control and integration of activities" and "physical quality" were classified as the "most important" criteria of service capabilities that have high power to influence they have other criteria, so Iran's small enterprises need to take major steps to strengthen this criteria Manuscript profile

The insurance industry is vital in the country that is affected by green marketing. However, there is no accurate information on the green marketing situation in the country's insurance industry. This research has been tried to identify the main criteria of green marketing evaluation to provide a model for a green marketing audit. In this regard, first, the main criteria were identified and approved by experts through a questionnaire. The final framework consists of 24 sub-criteria that are classified into ten criteria. Then, by using the fuzzy DEMATEL method, the internal relationships between the criteria and the hierarchical analysis method, each criterion and sub-criteria's final weight are obtained. According to the results, among the causes, the criterion of mission has the greatest effect on all criteria and takes the least effect from other criteria. So, this criterion has the most stimulus role, and by optimizing it, we can expect the optimization of other factors. The green sales factor is also strongly influenced by other factors and is optimized by optimizing other factors. Also, the criterion of the mission with an effective weight of 0.23 is the most important, and the criterion of green design with an effective weight of 0.024 is the least important Manuscript profile

Green human resources management, as a strong tool that takes the role of human factors, can help organizations to fulfill their social responsibilities in order to protect the environment. This research has been carried out with the aim of systematically reviewing previous researches in the field of green human resources management, as well as identifying key elements and providing a structural model to implement the green human resources management process in the chemical and petrochemical industries of Bushehr province. By studying thematic literature and using the textual content analysis approach, six basic indicators were counted, and in order to localize them in order to implement green human resources management in the chemical and petrochemical industries, the Delphi technique was used in three rounds. The statistical population of the research was formed by managers and experts familiar with the subject and working in the field of petrochemical industries. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data, and its validity and reliability were also confirmed. In order to design the structural model of the effective indicators for the implementation of the green human resources management process, the interpretive structural modeling approach in the fuzzy environment was used to manage linguistic ambiguities in judgments. The results of the modeling and analysis of Mik Mak showed that individual, group and organizational indicators are among the basic and influential indicators in the field of Sabza's human resources management; Therefore, managers are suggested to emphasize and pay more attention to this group of indicators.
